Experts don't see any end to increasing auto premiums

If current trends continue, automobile insurance premiums will only continue to skyrocket. Statewide, rates went up more than 32 percent between 2000 and 2004 -- from $928 to $1,228, the most recent year for which the National Association of Insurance Commissioners has released
