Stolen auto unit made 889 arrests in one year
The Winnipeg Police Service Stolen Auto Unit is part of the Winnipeg Auto Theft Suppression Strategy (WATSS) task force in conjunction with Manitoba Justice, Corrections, Probation Services, the RCMP and Manitoba Public Insurance
