Names of children hit by car released
RAPID CITY -- The Rapid City woman who is accused of hitting four children with her car while intoxicated Sunday had a blood-alcohol level that was more than three times the legal limit that constitutes drunken driving when the accident occurred, according to a news release from the Rapid City Police
